Celebrated Greek painter Michail Tsakountis (Heraklion, Crete), is a graduate of the Schola Kalon Technou (School of Fine Arts) in Athens. His work has been seen in exhibitions in Athens, Mykonos, London, Paris, and New York. His last two New York exhibitions "Naked Visage" (2010) and "Men of Athens" (2014) had been received with positive reviews, and praise to his classical technique and style in portraiture.
