Miguel Angel Reyes—a Los Angeles based portrait and figurative painter, muralist, printmaker, photographer, and illustrator—immigrated to the United States at the age of eleven. He holds a degree from the Otis Parsons School of Design (now the Otis College of Art and Design), and has won several awards including the Cecil Beaton Fashion Illustration Award. Reyes teaches drawing and costume design at the Pasadena Art Center and is the director of the Tom of Finland Foundation drawing workshop.

Miguel Reyes will present a drawing demonstration with a live model and talk about his process.
