Iconic photographer and artist Chuck (aka Charles Hovland) returns with his first solo exhibition and book release of “Hunks twinks Thugs by Chuck.” For over 20 years Chuck’s photographs have made the front covers of some of the worlds most renowned male pornographic magazines throughout their golden age. Come and see memorable centerfolds in fine art prints, pick up a signed copy of his book, and peek beyond the cover at Chucks new artistic ventures.

In this highly stimulating talk, our guests will chronicle the Renaissance of Gay porn from the period beginning in the early 1970s continuing into the 2000s.
Our Guests
Charles Hovland (aka, Chuck): The famed photographer who has shot over 1,700 nude models for the gay skin magazines.
Freeman Gunter: Debuting in 1975 as editor of Mandate magazine, he then launched 5 other popular gay porn magazines over a 10 year period.
Matthew Rettenmund: The editor of the Torso magazine from 1995 and beyond, having also worked on many other titles until 2001. He is the founder of Boyculture.com.
Rocco Buonpane: Host and Director of The SoHo Project Space
